citraseno nariṣyantād
ṛkṣas tasya suto ’bhavat
tasya mīḍhvāṁs tataḥ pūrṇa
indrasenas tu tat-sutaḥ

WORD BY WORD



TRANSLATION

From Nariṣyanta came a son named Citrasena and from him a son named Ṛkṣa. From Ṛkṣa came Mīḍhvān, from Mīḍhvān came Pūrṇa, and from Pūrṇa came Indrasena.
