sa uvāsa videheṣu
mithilāyāṁ gṛhāśramī
anīhayāgatāhārya-
nirvartita-nija-kriyaḥ

TRANSLATION
 | Living as a religious householder in the city of Mithilā, within the kingdom of Videha, he managed to fulfill his obligations while maintaining himself with whatever sustenance easily came his way.
