tad vīkṣya tān upavrajya
vasudevo mahā-yaśāḥ
praṇamya copasaṅgṛhya
babhāṣedaṁ su-yantritaḥ

TRANSLATION
 | Seeing that they were about to leave, the renowned Vasudeva approached the sages. After bowing down to them and touching their feet, he spoke to them with carefully chosen words.
