sūta uvāca
viṣṇu-rātena sampṛṣṭo
bhagavān bādarāyaṇiḥ
vāsudeve bhagavati
nimagna-hṛdayo ’bravīt

TRANSLATION
 | Sūta Gosvāmī said: Thus questioned by King Viṣṇurāta, the powerful sage Bādarāyaṇi replied, his heart fully absorbed in meditation on the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Vāsudeva.
