udvaman rudhiraṁ mukhāt
prasārya keśa-bāhv-aṅghrīn
dharaṇyāṁ nyapatad vyasuḥ

TRANSLATION

His heart shattered by the club’s blow, Dantavakra vomited blood and fell lifeless to the ground, his hair disheveled and his arms and legs sprawling.
