ity uktaś codayām āsa
ratham āsthāya dārukaḥ
viśantaṁ dadṛśuḥ sarve
sve pare cāruṇānujam

TRANSLATION
 | Thus ordered, Dāruka took command of the Lord’s chariot and drove forth. As the chariot entered the battlefield, everyone there, both friend and foe, caught sight of the emblem of Garuḍa.
