santanvantaḥ prajā-tantūn
sukhaṁ duḥkhaṁ bhavābhavau
prāptaṁ prāptaṁ ca sevanto
mac-cittā vicariṣyatha

TRANSLATION
 | As you live your lives, begetting generations of progeny and encountering happiness and distress, birth and death, always keep your minds fixed on Me.
