nograsenaḥ kila vibhur
bhoja-vṛṣṇy-andhakeśvaraḥ
śakrādayo loka-pālā
yasyādeśānuvartinaḥ

TRANSLATION

“King Ugrasena, the lord of the Bhojas, Vṛṣṇis and Andhakas, is not fit to command, when Indra and other planetary rulers obey his orders?”
