ity ukto ’cyutam ānamya
gato māheśvaro jvaraḥ
bāṇas tu ratham ārūḍhaḥ
prāgād yotsyan janārdanam

TRANSLATION
 | Thus addressed, the Māheśvara-jvara bowed down to the infallible Lord and went away. But Bāṇāsura then appeared, riding forth on his chariot to fight Lord Kṛṣṇa.
