vṛtau gopaiḥ katipayair
baladeva-janārdanau
raṅgaṁ viviśatū rājan
gaja-danta-varāyudhau

TRANSLATION

My dear King, Lord Baladeva and Lord Janārdana, each carrying one of the elephant’s tusks as His chosen weapon, entered the arena with several cowherd boys.
